Amandine Agić was born in 1985 in Clermont-Ferrand to a Bosnian father who worked as a bus driver and a French mother who was a secretary at an agricultural high school. She currently lives in Paris and works in interface design. She contributed to the collection of essays Gouines (Points, 2024) with a piece exploring class issues within activist movements and artistic circles. She is also the author of a children’s book published by éditions Lapin.

In her writings, she focuses on topics such as transmission, memory, class, and erasure. D'un pays qui n'existe plus (From a country that no longer exists), her first novel, was published on August 21, 2026, by editions de L’Olivier.
